Die 3GS21C ist eine Genset-Lokomotive, die von National Railway Equipment angeboten wird. Sie wird von drei Cummins QSK19C mit je 700 PS angetrieben, die in der Industrie weit verbreitete Standardmotoren sind. Im Gegensatz zur 3GS21B steht sie auf dreiachsigen Drehgestellen. Von mindestens 27 gebauten Fahrzeugen war die BNSF mit 16 der größte Kunde. Zu diesem Fahrzeug ist bisher nur ein Kurztext vorhanden. In Zukunft soll es noch ausführlich beschrieben werden.
