In 1912, the Texas, Oklahoma & Eastern received a small number of different locomotives from Baldwin. They were all non-superheated and light for standard gauge locomotives. Apart from two 2-6-2 and the 2-8-2 with the number 375, there was the lighter 2-8-2 numbered 225 shown here. It had drivers of 44 inches, cylinders of 18 by 24 inches and an adhesive weight of only 111,000 pounds
