In June of 1915, Porter built the first 0-4-4T tank locomotive for the Venezuela Sugar Company. It had a gauge of three feet, drivers of 33 inches and cylinders of ten by 16 inches. The second one was No. 3, built in January 1917 and shown on the photo. In March 1920, Porter built a third one for the Factory Products Co., that was ultimately also used by Venezuela Sugar. The three carried the works numbers 5668, 5938 and 6483.
